Where does VIOLET come from?

VIOLET is a French perfumery/soap factory, founded in 1827 by Mr. François-Étienne Violet. Disappeared in the 1950s, it was resurrected by three young enthusiasts in 2017. Through their interpretations, they retrace the history of the house while sharing their own vision of perfumery; classic and avant-garde. Learn more

What does the bee mean on your bottles?

VIOLET was an official supplier of Empress Eugénie. This status allowed him to use the emblem of the latter: the bee. Thus, from 1857, in order to certify its authenticity, Violet had a stamp bearing this imperial symbol affixed to each of its products. Learn more

Are your perfumes unisex?

We believe in total freedom in perfumery. That's why we don't assign genders to our fragrances. In order for you to find the signature that best suits you, we will only advise you to let your senses and preferences guide you. ;)

Are your perfumes natural?

We make it a point of honor to integrate the best quality of natural raw materials into our formulas. However, we consider chemistry to be an essential facet of the art of perfumery. Learn more

How to recharge your CYCLE?

Once you have purchased a CYCLE 100ml bottle, you will have access to the 200ml refills of this Cycle in the "refill" section of our website. To get a refill, log in to your account with the email address provided when purchasing the CYCLE.

If you bought a cycle to offer it to someone else, contact us by mentioning the email address of the purchaser of the CYCLE. We will carry out the necessary steps to retrocede access to refills.

Do you ship internationally?

Thanks to the postal services, VIOLET products are available all over the world, both in France and abroad.

Note that for any order outside the European Union, customs clearance costs may be expected. Please consult the import taxes applied in your country for information regarding these charges.

What are your delivery times?

75ml perfumes are generally delivered within 48 hours in the European Union. You will find more information by clicking here.

What is your refund policy ?

All purchases are refundable under the condition that they must not have been opened. Do not hesitate to consult our T&Cs before placing an order. Our team remains at your entire disposal to answer your questions.
