Order processing
All orders are prepared and shipped from France, except orders destined for the United States, which are shipped from our US-based warehouse in Los Angeles.
Processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and periods of high activity.
Customs and taxes
For orders shipped from France to destinations outside the European Union, import taxes and/or customs fees may be applied by local authorities in the destination country. These fees are usually payable upon receipt of the parcel.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations in their country.
For orders shipped to the United States, products are dispatched from our local US warehouse. No customs duties or import fees apply.
