At Maison Violet, we pay particular attention to the quality of our creations and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Returns and eligibility conditions
Perfume bottles can only be returned and refunded if they have not been opened, used, or damaged, and are in their complete original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened or used product cannot be returned or refunded.
Testing your fragrance before opening
To accompany you in your olfactory discovery, each bottle order is shipped with two samples of your choice.
We strongly recommend testing your fragrance using these samples before opening the main bottle. This allows you to make your choice with complete peace of mind.
Return procedure

We will then send you a prepaid return label along with the necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by Maison Violet.
Packaging
We recommend keeping the original shipping box to facilitate the return process.
If it is no longer available, you may use any suitable alternative packaging that ensures the product is properly protected during transport.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few working days.
